The history of the American healthcare system is complicated. With a past marked by classism, racism, sexism, and nearly any “-ism” you can think of, the American healthcare system is fundamentally broken. The United States healthcare system not only supports the health of its citizens but also reflects the broader state of our country. I am committed to dedicating my career not only to healthcare administration but also to transforming the politics behind healthcare. To me, healthcare goes beyond caring for the sick and injured; it is about ensuring that everyone has equitable access to care.

“She is a model scholar who exudes leadership, tenacity, influence, and strategy. She is willing to support her team in all roles. She shows true dedication to her peers and her work. Over the past three years, I served as her principal. She has shown growth in her leadership skills as one who has led several programs.”

“Furthermore, Zari is not only an outstanding student but also a remarkable individual. Zari is responsible, dedicated, compassionate, which makes her an asset to any academic community. Zari is very adaptable which I believe is a great attribute in the ever changing world we live in. She excels more with new challenges and finds satisfaction in finding solutions in difficult moments. She actively participates in extracurricular activities, demonstrating her leadership and teamwork skills. Zari has a voice and demeanor which demands attention while maintaining the ability to respect and welcome different perspectives.”
